Refunds & Returns Policy

1. RETURN POLICY 

SECTION 1 – APPLICABILITY 

This Return Policy has been written for all our customers where we ship our products. This includes all customers from the countries, states, and regions where we deliver our products. As part of our commitment to you, all the products which have been bought at ‘VibraCurrent™’ website are eligible for return under certain conditions. If you have received a damaged product you may also return it under certain conditions. 

Please make sure that you understand our return policy and ensure that all criteria are met before physically sending any items back to us. This policy has been written using simple language and simple words.

SECTION 2 – TIME LIMIT

Purchases made on our website may be returned for a refund or exchange within 90 days from the date of delivery. If 90 days have passed since the delivery of the product, we will be unable to offer you any refund or exchanges. No further days will be awarded to anyone for any reason for the purpose of the return.

SECTION 3 – HOW TO INITIATE RETURN

In order for us to proceed in giving you a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  1. Please do the following to initiate the return:
      1. Please email us at admin@vibracurrent.com and talk to our customer support to initiate the return procedure; or
  2. Please note that the item being returned must have been bought from our website. We will require the order number as proof.
  3. The item must be complete with accessories, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging without any damage.
  4. The return request must be initiated within 90 days after the product has been delivered to you.
  5. You must return the product to the address specified by our customer support. DO NOT send it back to the address provided on the product packaging.
  6. Any item you have received and then returned is your responsibility until it reaches our back to us. Please, therefore, ensure that you send your item back to us using a delivery service that insures you of the value of the goods. Please package the product securely.
  7. Buyers are responsible for the shipping costs and handling charges associated with shipping items back to us.
  8. Once your return product is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether your request for a refund or exchange has been approved.

SECTION 4 – DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us at admin@vibracurrent.com immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We may need to require photographic evidence of the damaged product through email. After verifying the damage, we will ship you a new replacement product within 3 to 5 business days. 

SECTION 5 – WARRANTY POLICY

  1. Our Devices come with a 12-month warranty.
  2. Should your product arrive and you notice it doesn’t work or function correctly or is somehow broken, we will send you a replacement 100% Free.
  3. This warranty covers a max of 2 replacements within one year from the date you received your order.
  4. The warranty does not cover physical damage from misuse or accidental damage to the product.
  5. After two replacements are issued, you have the option for store credit.

2. REFUND POLICY

SECTION 1 – REFUND POLICY

This Refund Policy is directed toward the customers to inform them about our refund policy. This policy is written for the customers who have used the services from the website of VibraCurrent™.

SECTION 2 – CONDITIONS OF REFUND POLICY

The Refunds can only be claimed for the products purchased from VibraCurrent’ website.

2.1. If The Product Has Never Arrived.

The customer will be awarded a full refund as a buyer protection guarantee if the customer has failed to receive the product 90 days after the order placement.

2.2. Refund Claim Instead Of Replacement

You can request a refund if you have returned the product and you want to have a refund instead of the replacement product or website coupons/store credit.

2.3. Refund Request Within First 12 Hours After Order Placement

If you have requested the refund within the first 12 hours of receiving the product after canceling your order. The refund will be issued to you in 3 to 5 days.

2.4. Refund Claim After Filing Return Due To Any Reason

If you initiated the return within 90 days after receiving the product and you want a full refund. You will be given a full refund of the product. 

2.5. Received Damaged Item

You will be awarded a full refund if you have received a damaged product.

2.6. Refund Claims During Warranty Period

Your money will be refunded if there is a defect in your product within 12 months after receiving the product. Please note the refund will only be issued if we are unable to fix the damage to the product and we are out of replacement product.

SECTION 3 – REFUND PROCESS

Once your refund request has been received and accepted due to any reasons given above, please allow 3 to 5 business days for your refund to be processed.  In the case of a successful refund process, the total refunded amount will be awarded to the customer and the refunded amount will be credited to the original method of payment.
